Clear the congestion.
Detox with intention.

What are Lymph Flow Sessions?

Beyond traditional lymphatic massage, these sessions combine gentle and targeted hands-on therapeutic techniques that release tension in muscles, fascia, joints, and lymphatic pathways.

Sessions may include a blend of:

Lymphatic drainage techniques

Joint mobilization and manual therapy

Fascial release

Breath work to activate the diaphragm and calm the nervous system

Yoga-inspired movement or stretches

Lymphatic Support That Goes Beyond Massage

Feel lighter and clearer by

freeing up

what’s congested—swelling, bloating, tension, or stagnation.

Why Lymphatic Support Matters

Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural waste removal system—helping to clear out toxins, maintain fluid balance, and support immune function. When it's sluggish, the result is often discomfort in the form of swelling, bloating, tension, or even brain fog.

One of its most vital roles? Regulating inflammation. A congested lymphatic system can’t clear inflammatory waste efficiently, which can lead to chronic inflammation, slower healing, and ongoing discomfort.

By boosting lymphatic flow with strategic techniques, we can encourage your body to function more efficiently, making you feel more energized, less puffy, and more balanced overall.

Lingering Sinus Congestion

“I came in with lingering sinus congestion after a rough sinus infection and double ear infection. During the session, I could literally feel things starting to clear—especially with the gentle fascial work and ear techniques. By the end, my head felt lighter, less pressure-filled, and I could breathe more freely. I’m so thankful for the relief!”

"Clear the congestion. Restore your flow."

I'm Dr. Ashley Hocutt

and for years, I dealt with constipation, bloating, food sensitivities, and all kinds of poop problems—sometimes going, but never really feeling done. Even when my bowel movements became regular, I was still using a ton of toilet paper just to feel clean. Honestly, I’d often consider hopping in the shower.

Around the same time, I started experiencing strange sinus congestion that would show up only when I laid down to sleep. With all the buzz about nasal breathing and the importance of avoiding mouth breathing, I felt stuck—because breathing through my nose just wasn’t an option.

Things started to shift when I began pelvic floor physical therapy training. I had a huge aha moment realizing how deeply the pelvic floor is connected to digestion, pressure regulation, and elimination. But the biggest breakthrough came when I dove into lymphatic work and began using it on myself.

Almost immediately, I noticed the difference. That nighttime congestion? Gone. My bloating and after-meal discomfort dropped by 80%. And I was suddenly having clean, easy, one-wiper “ghost poops.” Didn't even know that possible.

So, I started incorporating lymphatic techniques into my pelvic floor sessions. Then I began offering short 30-minute sessions to family and friends—and their results blew me away too.

Now I’m so excited to offer this to you. These Reset Sessions are a powerful way to support your body—and I’ll also teach you how to keep the momentum going with a simple self-care routine you can do in 5 minutes or less each day.

Constipation & Bloating

"Before working with Dr. Ashley, I was either dealing with hard-to-pass poops or endless wiping. I was told it was just IBS and something I had to live with—and I was constantly bloated. After just a few sessions, everything started to shift. My digestion feels so much smoother, and the simple at-home exercises she gave me have made a huge difference in keeping things moving and my gut feeling better."

What to Expect

Each Lymph Flow Session is 30 minutes and includes targeted, hands-on care based on your body’s needs and goals for the visit.

Targeted, therapeutic touch: Sessions include both light and deeper pressure, depending on your body’s needs and the goal of the session—often starting near key lymph node areas to support flow.

This isn’t a spa massage: While relaxing, this is a therapeutic experience focused on results. Each session blends hands-on work with breath guidance, gentle stretching, and personalized education.

Simple self-care matters: You’ll leave with a quick, practical routine you can do at home to keep things flowing between sessions.

Hydration is key: Drinking water before and after your session helps your body move waste more efficiently.

Sensations vary: You might feel lymph congestion start to shift—or not feel much at all. Both responses are completely normal. Most clients feel relaxed and lighter after their session.

Detox is possible: You may temporarily experience things like a headache, fatigue, increased urination, a return of old aches, or even flu-like symptoms—this is your body clearing out what it no longer needs.
